At Associated Development we take pride and making sure there is service after the sale of your home. The building of your house is a process and over the next year you may have questions and concerns. You do have the opportunity to address any issues after your first 30 days in your new home, and at the one year mark. All requests need to be sent into to our office in writing by the one year mark. After one year the builder’s comprehensive warranty does end and we can no longer accept requests for warranty issues. So please do not wait 13 months to send in your requests.
As part of our on going support and quality building we have purchased the HW-10 warranty which services you from years 2 – 10 for any structural components that may arise.

Please use this form to notify us of warranty questions or to request 30 day or 12 month service work. To assure proper record keeping and timely response, neither our site sales team or construction personnel can accept service requests. You will be contacted to set an appointment. Service appointments are available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Thank you for your cooperation.
